Debates in the Platonic Wing

I think we have two teams sign up for who wants to get involved with what, then who ever wins the debate gets to advance a level. Ideas on how to make this work? This is the only way I see real advancement happening outside of post numbers.

Maybe a separate advancement for post numbers, and those who win on debate teams get separate titles?

We also need a possible requirement for eligibility. Like a vote to see who wins and who should move on. I rather think that will work well too.

And we have to make sure the people are reliable members. Like, not just someone who is on once a week.
