Debate 1: Advancement Sign Up

Our first debate in this section will be on advancement. All members are encouraged to sign up for a team. Avalon and C. Scottie will be defunct judges for this debate along with me.

The two teams are as follows:

The Debate Team: your focus is to present support for members advancing in rank and access to the forum by debate wins.
The Vote Team: your focus is to present support for members advancing by a voting of their peers.
The Post Team: your focus is to present support for members advancing via sheer post numbers.

There are nine Initiates right now. Sign ups are voluntary, but I would like to not start this until we have at least three people on each team. If we have an imbalance it will have to be resolved somehow to even things out.

They're teams. I laid it out quite nice. Debate team will focus and saying that members should advance in rank by wins they get in debates that are ranked. Vote team is about advancing members through group voting. Post team is about advancing members through post numbers. Make sense?
